Getting Started

Go from sign-up to your first completed task in about 5 minutes.

1. Create Your Account#

Every new account starts on the Starter plan with enough credits to explore the platform and run several tasks.

2. Complete Onboarding#

After signing up, a short setup flow asks about your business:

a.Business type: Your industry and model (freelancer, SaaS, agency, e-commerce, etc.)
b.Business details: Name, description, and what you need help with
c.Meet your team: Preview the AI agents built for your business type
d.Launch: Your workspace is created and agents are deployed to their departments

Note

Your AI team is customized based on your business type. A freelancer gets a different team than a SaaS founder. You can always add, remove, or reconfigure agents later.

3. Explore Your Dashboard#

After onboarding, you land on your dashboard. Here's what you'll see:

Your AI team: Agents organized by department, showing their status and current activity
Activity feed: Real-time updates on what your agents are doing
Progress tracker: A checklist that walks you through key setup steps like creating your first task, connecting a tool, and setting up a workflow. Items auto-complete as you go.

James just signed up and wants to know what his competitors are charging. He clicks New Task, types "Research the top 5 competitors in project management software and summarize their pricing," and lets his Research agent handle it. Three minutes later, he has a comparison table in his dashboard.

1.Click New Task from the dashboard or sidebar
2.Describe what you need in plain English
3.The task is automatically routed to the best agent for the job
4.Watch the agent work in real time, or come back later to review the output

When the task completes, you'll get a notification and can review the results. If the agent needs your input, it'll send a request to your approval queue.

Something Not Working?#

Task stuck on "In Progress": Most tasks finish within a few minutes. Complex research can take up to 10. If it's been longer, try canceling and resubmitting.
Agent not responding: Check if the agent is paused. Go to your agent list and look for a "Paused" status, then resume it.
Integration won't connect: Try disconnecting and reconnecting from the Integrations page. Make sure you grant all the requested permissions during setup.
Running low on credits: Check your usage in Plans & Credits. You can buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan for more monthly credits.
Approval queue is empty but I expected items: Make sure the agent is set to supervised mode. Autonomous agents skip the approval step entirely.
